With artistic flair, Daved00d on Flickr brings us a… charming vignette. LEGO Jack the Ripper strikes again on a London corner, and blood flows (smoothly) into the street. The creatively textured brickwork on the building is well done and provides a great background to the striking red colors that Dave has accented with some artistic photo editing. As for the vignette’s victim… RIP.
Any sci-fi movie buff worth their salt will recognize this image immediately. The epic finale to Aliens is recreated beautifully by Ryan Rydalch, who has added wonderful details such as Bishop’s android entrails and a puddle of acidic alien blood. I can almost hear the hissing of the alien queen followed by the crushing sounds of steel against alien flesh.
